Simply Skin has achieved accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Accreditation distinguishes Simply Skin from many other surgical facilities by providing a safe work environment and the highest quality of care to patients.

Status as an accredited organization means Simply Skin has met nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care, set by the Accreditation Association. Not all surgical organizations seek accreditation and not all who undergo the intensive on-site survey are granted accreditation.

“We believe that our patients deserve the best, not only in results but also in safety” stated Lionel Meadows, MD of Simply Skin, “that is why we voluntarily requested our accreditation survey.”

Ambulatory health care organizations seeking accreditation by the AAAHC undergo an extensive self-assessment and on-site survey by the Accreditation Association’s expert surveyors.

“We are proud of this achievement,” said Meadows, “going through the process challenged us to better serve our patients and legitimized many of the excellent patient care practices that we have clients have enjoyed since Simply Skin opened.”
